Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Technology for Marmaxx Store Operations in Framingham, MA.

You will serve as the primary business partner for key platforms (UKG Pro, Logile, WorkJam, Reflexis) and lead enhancements to labor scheduling, communication, and task management to boost efficiency and customer experience. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and Store Operations to translate business needs into technology solutions, manage deployments, and deliver training

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in retail operations, workforce management, store systems, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Experience managing teams
• Experience supporting enterprise software and systems implementation, preferred experience with systems such as these: UKG Pro, Logile, WorkJam, Reflexis
• Strong understanding of labor management, scheduling, workforce planning, and retail operations.
• Experience leading system implementations, enhancements, and business process improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with change management and enterprise technology deployments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business lead and subject matter expert for UKG Pro, Logile, WorkJam, and Reflexis.
• Drive continuous improvement of workforce management, scheduling, task management, communication, and labor optimization platforms.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Store Operations to identify system enhancements and prioritize business requirements.
• Manage system configurations, testing, upgrades, and rollout activities to support evolving business needs.
• Analyze workforce and operational data to identify opportunities to improve labor productivity, scheduling effectiveness, and store execution.
• Develop and maintain system governance, user support processes, and operational standards.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving store technology, workforce management, scheduling, and operational execution.
• Create and deliver training, communications, and change management plans to support adoption of new functionality and processes.
• Act as the primary liaison between Field Leaders, corporate partners, and external vendors.
