Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience in a Store or District Manager role in dynamic, high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership focused on collaboration, problem-solving, and empowering diverse teams.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills, mentoring and giving feedback.
• Knowledge of store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers; mentor for promotion readiness.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales; advise District Manager on merchandising mix, inventory, and customer demographics.
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention and ensure compliance with programs and policies; review reports, conduct audits, and lead meetings.
• Ensure positive customer experiences through high service and presentation standards; communicate action plans for initiatives.
