The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks an Industrial Engineering Manager to design and implement strategic solutions that boost store operational efficiency and workforce effectiveness across TJ Maxx and Marshalls stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Operations, Retail Operations, or related field.
• Experience leading teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence leaders.
• Working knowledge of operational processes, workforce planning, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Retail store or distribution center experience.
• Six Sigma, Lean, or continuous improvement certification.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, develop, and implement solutions to improve store operations and workforce effectiveness.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and workload balance.
• Evaluate material handling equipment and safety improvements; conduct ROI analyses.
