Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Team Leader to oversee store operations on duty as the Person in Charge when needed. You will supervise shift responsibilities, ensure customer service excellence, monitor product availability, and support safety and SOP execution.

You will train team members, manage cash and vendor interactions, and help drive sales while maintaining store standards and a positive work environment. This role supports store management and requires flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must possess strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to encourage, inspire, and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full scope of shift operations as the Person in Charge when a senior lead is not present.
• Perform shift tasks including POS transactions and adherence to cash control standards.
• Ensure safety, security, and health procedures are followed by team members.
• Onboard and train team members, providing regular feedback and coaching.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, product availability, and store cleanliness.
• Lead by example to motivate and develop staff while achieving store goals.
