Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven supervisory and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to develop team members.
• 1+ year of food service or retail management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee store operations during shift as the Person in Charge when no senior leader is present.
• Provide excellent customer service and coaching to team members.
• Ensure product availability, food service execution, and adherence to safety procedures.
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and vendor check-ins with accuracy.
• Train and develop team members to execute standards consistently.
• Uphold store cleanliness, merchandising, and equipment maintenance.
