Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Team Leader to manage store operations during on-duty hours and act as the Person in Charge when needed. You will lead customer service, oversee shift tasks, and coach teammates to uphold standards across food service, safety, and merchandising.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring cash control, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety. A strong leader with reliability and communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a senior manager and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coach team members to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and maintain product knowledge.
• Oversee shift operations, POS transactions, vendor check-in, and cash control compliance.
• Ensure food service programs are executed with high standards for quality, safety, and speed.
• Maintain store appearance and equipment, report issues, and drive store cleanliness.
