Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Team Leader to manage store operations during shifts, act as the Person in Charge when needed, and support the management team in customer service, product availability, and safety.

You will train staff, enforce policies, and drive sales, quality, and efficiency while ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and team development skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations on shift as Person in Charge when needed, coordinating team tasks in real time.
• Perform POS transactions, vendor check-in, and maintain cash controls.
• Ensure safety policies, store policies, and SOPs are followed by all team members.
• Onboard and train team members, provide feedback, and uphold operational standards.
• Maintain food and beverage program execution, quality, and store cleanliness.
• Lead by example to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.
• Supervise store employees in the absence of a more senior leader.
