Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Team Leader to oversee store operations on duty, acting as the Person in Charge when a senior manager is not present. You will support management in customer service, product availability, food service execution, safety, shift management, and vendor care to maximize sales and protect assets.

You will train and coach team members, ensure compliance with policies, maintain cleanliness and safety, and respond to real-time operational needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must possess strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to encourage, inspire, and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead store on duty, ensuring service quality and policy compliance.
• Coach team to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Manage food service programs, ordering, and product handling.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
• Onboard and train team, provide feedback and coaching.
• Supervise staff in absence of a senior leader.
