Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Team Leader to oversee store operations on duty, acting as the Person in Charge when a senior manager is not present. You will support management in customer service, product availability, food service execution, safety, and vendor care.

This role focuses on achieving customer satisfaction, maximizing sales, cost controls, and adherence to company standards while leading a hands-on team through shift operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full shift operations as Person in Charge when no senior leader is present.
• Manage POS transactions, vendor check-in, and cash control adherence.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Lead training and coaching to maintain operational standards.
• Support customer service, product availability, and store appearance.
