Responsibilities

• Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.
• Promote an aggressive sales culture with a focus on superior customer service.
• Maintain professionalism and positive store morale.
• Assist store manager in executing store responsibilities through staff.
• Schedule and assign employees; monitor work results.
• Identify customer requirements by engaging with customers and potential buyers.
• Support local community groups aligned with company values.
• Solicit customers to sign up for programs (loyalty, extended warranties, financing).
• Protect inventory and company assets per policy.
• Ensure merchandise is received, stored and merchandised per procedures.
• Maintain safe, clean store environment.
• Support marketing strategy changes by reviewing financial statements.
• Enforce policies to maintain consistent operations.
• All other duties as assigned by store manager or company official.
