Family Farm and Home is seeking a Team Leader to support store operations and drive sales while upholding our family values. You will supervise associates, merchandise effectively, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience in retail preferred; ability to stand long hours; weekend availability. This role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.
• Assist store manager in promoting an aggressive sales culture with a focus on superior customer service.
• Maintains professionalism and positive store morale.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results.
• Identify customer requirements through rapport with actual and potential customers.
• Establish relationships and support local community groups.
• Solicit customers to sign up for programs (loyalty, extended warranties, financing).
• Protect inventory and assets per policy against theft and damage.
• Verify merchandise is received, stored and merchandised according to procedures.
• Maintain safety and a clean store environment.
• Assist with marketing strategy changes by reviewing statements and sales records.
• Assist in enforcing policies and procedures to ensure consistent operations.
• All other duties as assigned by store manager or company official.
