Family Farm and Home is seeking a Team Leader to support the store manager and drive a results-oriented, customer-focused culture. You will lead associates, help merchandise and stock, manage inventory, and contribute to achieving budgeted goals.

Responsibilities

• Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.
• Assist store manager in promoting aggressive sales culture with a focus on superior customer service.
• Maintain professionalism and positive store morale.
• Assist in execution and performance of store responsibilities through associates and actions.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results.
• Identify customer requirements by building rapport with customers.
• Establish relationships with local community groups aligned with company values.
• Solicit customers to join loyalty programs and financing options.
• Protect inventory and company assets; prevent theft and damage.
• Ensure merchandise is received, stored and merchandised per procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment and comply with legal requirements.
• Support marketing strategy changes by reviewing financial statements and sales data.
• Assist in maintaining consistent operations through policy enforcement.
• All other duties as assigned by store manager or company official.
