Responsibilities

• Promote Family Farm and Home mission and family values.
• Assist store manager in promoting an aggressive sales culture with superior customer service.
• Maintain professionalism and positive store morale.
• Assist in execution and performance of store duties through associates or own actions.
• Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
• Identify customer requirements by establishing rapport with customers.
• Establish relationships and support local community groups.
• Solicit customers to sign up for Family Farm and Home Programs.
• Manage and protect all inventory and assets per policy against theft and damage.
• Verify merchandise is received, stored and merchandised per procedures.
• Protect team members and customers by complying with legal requirements and maintaining a safe store.
• Assist in determining marketing strategy changes by reviewing financial statements and sales records.
• Maintain consistent operations by enforcing policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned by store manager or company official.
