Lids in the United States seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will help manage scheduling, coaching, and performance of the sales team while ensuring the store meets brand standards and delivers a premium fan experience.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and collaboration with Store Manager to execute selling strategies, maintain visual merchandising, manage cash, and uphold store policies.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and regular follow up.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cash handling, inventory accuracy, and store cleanliness.
