Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a Store Team Leader at our Indianapolis location. The role supports the Store Leader and management team to execute the annual operating plan and drive customer service, operations, and donations processing.

You will coach hourly staff, participate in recruiting, and look for opportunities for professional development while modeling Goodwill's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams in a retail environment.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with store systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to analyze operations and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve annual operational goals.
