Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a Store Team Leader in Indianapolis to assist the Store Leader and management team in achieving annual operating plans. You will coach hourly staff, participate in recruitment, and drive daily operations while modeling Goodwill's Mission and Values.

The role emphasizes controlling resources, tracking sales/donations, and ensuring excellent customer service in a retail environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

• Supervisory expertise required: oversee work of others in a service-related industry.
• Coaching: provide timely guidance and feedback to strengthen knowledge/skill areas.
