Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Team Leader to manage store operations on duty, acting as PIC in the absence of a senior manager. You will guide customer service, product availability, food service execution, safety, and vendor relations to maximize sales and uphold brand standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, supervisory, and communication skills, with a track record in food service or retail management.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong supervisory and organizational skills.
Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to encourage, inspire, and develop team members.

Responsibilities

Oversee the full scope of shift operations as the Person in Charge when a more senior lead is not present.
Perform shift tasks including POS transactions, vendor check-in, and adherence to cash control standards.
Oversee and hold team members accountable for compliance with policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
Serve as a Certified Trainer, onboarding and training team members with regular feedback.
Lead the execution of food service and merchandising programs, ensuring product quality and store cleanliness.
