Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations as Person in Charge when needed and coordinate team tasks in real time.
• Provide exceptional customer service and coach team members to maintain standards.
• Ensure safety, food service execution, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Manage store appearance, inventory, vendor interactions, and cash controls.
• Train and onboard staff, delivering regular feedback to ensure consistency.
