Job summary

Royal Farms seeks a Team Leader to manage store operations on shift as PIC when no senior leader is present. You will support management in service, product availability, safety, and vendor care while driving sales and cost controls.

Responsibilities include leading customer service, coaching staff, managing shifts, and upholding safety and cash control standards. Must be able to train staff and maintain store excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Ability to encourage, inspire, and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete store operations when on duty as the Person in Charge.
• Guide customer service, product availability, and food service execution.
• Manage shift operations, POS transactions, and cash controls.
• Train and coach team members to maintain standards and safety.
• Ensure store conditions, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
