Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations as Person in Charge when needed and manage shift tasks.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain product availability.

• Manage cash handling, POS operations, and vendor relations.
• Provide training, feedback, and coaching to team members.
• Maintain store appearance and equipment maintenance.
• Uphold Royal Farms standards and drive sales and cost controls.
