Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia in Smyrna, GA is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations during assigned shifts. You will supervise staff, greet customers, train and coach team members, ensure safety and SOP compliance, and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of retail experience.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store personnel during assigned shift to ensure operational standards are met.
• Open and/or close the store as key holder/team leader on duty.
• Develop, train and support team members for career growth within the organization.
• Comply with agency policies and SOPs and safety policies and procedures.
• Greet and assist donors/customers; ensure service is efficient and effective.
• Monitor and maintain store appearance and housekeeping to agency standards.
