Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a store supervisor to oversee daily operations, greet donors and customers, and ensure service standards are met. As key holder on duty, you will open and close the store and lead the team to deliver efficient, friendly service.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 2–3 years of retail experience, and forklift certification. An Associates degree is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store personnel during shift to ensure standards.
• Open and/or close the store as key holder on duty.
• Develop, train, coach and support team members for career growth within the organization.
• Greet and assist donors/customers; Create a customer service standard by ensuring customer needs are met and service is efficient and effective.
• Assist and resolve complaints and communicate issues to management.
• Maintain proficiency for tasks required in all workstations.
