Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily retail operations, train staff, and ensure SOP and safety compliance. You will greet donors and customers, assist with service excellence, and coordinate with management on issues and records.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and forklift certification. Strong English communication and interpersonal skills are essential; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store personnel during assigned shift to ensure operational standards are met.
• Open and/or close the store as key holder/team leader on duty.
• Develop, train, coach and support team members for career growth within the organization.
• Comply with agency policies and SOPs and safety and security policies and procedures.
• Greet and assist donors/customers to meet needs with efficient service.
• Resolve complaints and communicate issues to management.
• Maintain proficiency for tasks across all workstations.
• Monitor store appearance and housekeeping to agency standards.
• Maintain accurate company records and reports; attend required meetings.
