Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, selection and hiring to achieve staffing needs.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve service and sales.
• Manage P&L, achieve sales and control shrink for the department.
• Ensure store appearance, product presentation, and brand standards.
• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team.
• Ensure team training and completion of required certifications.
