The Store Manager oversees daily operations, staffing, financial performance, safety, and product quality, while coaching staff, monitoring metrics, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of fast food or retail management with full operational accountability.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to manage staffing, financial performance, safety, and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and staff performance to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop associates and managers.
• Monitor key metrics, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with wage, hour, safety, and company policies.
• Lead safety, loss prevention, and store compliance initiatives.
• Communicate with district leadership and drive store profitability.
