Carter’s is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Grapevine, TX to be the first face of our brand for growing families. You will lead a dynamic team, mentor staff, and ensure top-quality customer experiences, product knowledge, and operational excellence.

You’ll collaborate with store leadership to optimize schedules, drive KPI results, and support merchandising and training initiatives while upholding our inclusive culture and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Coaching others to success and maintaining service standards across omnichannel experiences.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, training, and development of store team.
• Plan and execute merchandising standards, promotions, and product placement.
