Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong leadership and customer engagement skills.
• Proficient with Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our great product styles, features and benefits.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Coach others to success while modeling service standards and omnichannel experience.
• Analyze the business and take action to improve results by communicating and driving KPIs with the team.
• Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs, including credit.
• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing the store team.
• Recognize and redirect underperformance as needed.
• Plan and report completion of tasks and financial results using company tools.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on merchandising standards, promotions, and product placement.
• Help reduce loss through customer service and operational controls.
