Job summary

Crocs is seeking a Store Team Lead to drive exceptional in-store experiences in Miami. You will lead a team, support all store operations, and ensure customers enjoy a seamless Crocs experience through strong selling skills and product knowledge.

You will be responsible for upholding Crocs’ service model, maintaining high standards of customer care, and collaborating with management to meet sales targets while promoting brand initiatives and a vibrant store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience, with a preference for candidates who have prior store leadership roles.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours; regular attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the Crocs service model.
• Lead by example to foster a positive team culture and communicate openly.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation and stockroom operations.
• Lead the sales floor and work with Store Management to meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegate tasks, monitor progress and ensure high service standards.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product collaborations and launches.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection, inventory control and compliance initiatives.
