Crocs is seeking a Team Leader for our New York store to drive exceptional customer experiences and sales. You will lead a motivated team, manage day-to-day store operations, and uphold our service standards while staying aligned with Crocs’ brand initiatives.

You’ll be responsible for opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store readiness. The role requires 18+ and 2–3 years retail leadership experience, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• 18+ years old
• 2-3 years of retail experience; prior leadership preferred
• Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the Crocs service model (C.H.A.R.M)
• Lead a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns; uphold Crocs values
• Assist in all store departments including POS, merchandising, presentation, and stockroom operations
• Lead by example on the sales floor; collaborate with Store Management to meet or exceed sales goals
• Manage day-to-day team activities; delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure follow-up
• Act as a brand ambassador; stay informed on product collaborations and launches
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance
