Job summary

Crocs is seeking a Team Leader for a full-time retail role in the United States. You’ll open/close procedures, manage cash, and ensure the store is ready daily.

You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, drive personal and team sales, and support multiple departments to deliver a seamless shopping experience. You’ll stay informed about product collaborations and brand initiatives, while upholding Crocs policies and loss-prevention measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture and share ideas and feedback with Crocs values.
• Assist in all store departments: POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visuals and stockroom.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegate tasks, monitor progress and ensure follow-up.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and initiatives.
• Adhere to policies including Asset Protection, shortage prevention and inventory control.
