Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs' service model (C.H.A.R.M).
• Lead by example on the sales floor and collaborate with Store Management to hit sales goals.
• Assist in all store duties including POS, customer service, merchandising, and stockroom operations.
• Drive effective selling strategies and engage customers to elevate their Crocs experience.
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-up while maintaining high service standards.
• Share product knowledge and brand initiatives to strengthen customer connections.
