Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to drive exceptional in-store experiences and lead a high-performing team. You will supervise daily operations, support opening and closing routines, and contribute to a welcoming, customer-focused environment.

You will work with store management to hit sales targets, mentor associates, and ensure stockroom and visual standards align with Crocs branding and policies.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating Crocs, Inc. core values.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, working closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities within your assigned area by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely follow-up.
