Job summary

Crocs is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the store team in delivering outstanding consumer experiences and driving sales. You will support daily operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and ensuring the store is business-ready.

You will champion a positive team culture, manage POS and inventory, and promote loyalty programs while staying informed about brand initiatives and product launches to enhance customer connection.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience, with preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the Crocs service model.
• Lead and motivate store team to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Assist with daily store operations including POS, stock room, pricing, loyalty promotions, and store cleanliness.
• Coordinate tasks with Store Manager to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of duties.
• Ensure compliance with Crocs policies including asset protection and shortage prevention.
