Job summary

Crocs is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store teams, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support day-to-day operations in a dynamic retail environment. You will help manage opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and daily tasks to keep the store business-ready.

You will champion a positive culture, drive sales performance, and stay informed about product launches and brand initiatives while ensuring policy compliance and exemplary customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs service model (C.H.A.R.M).
• Support daily store operations: POS, stock room, replenishment, pricing and markdowns.
• Coordinate tasks across teams with Store Manager for smooth daily execution.
• Act as brand ambassador—share product knowledge on collaborations and launches.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection and inventory control.
• Model best practices and drive sales performance to improve KPIs.
• Inspire and empower the team to achieve results.
