Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations. You will hire, train, motivate, and supervise staff, lead meetings, and ensure customer and donor satisfaction.

You’ll maintain displays and merchandising, and oversee cash handling in line with policy to help the store hit its budget targets. This role requires adaptability to a 45+ hour work week and seven-day operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervising 15+ employees or 1 year with Goodwill training
• Bachelor's degree plus 1 year supervisory experience in logistics, retail, warehouse, fast food, restaurants, B2B accounts or related industry
• 4+ years of military service with supervisory experience
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Driver's license and dependable transportation and communication devices

• Assist Store Manager in hiring, training, motivating and supervising staff
• Lead meetings and help store meet customer and donor satisfaction standards
• Maintain displays and merchandising presentations and ensure cash handling follows policy
• Drive store toward meeting or exceeding budgeted financial performance
