Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store associates through training programs and goal setting; regular follow-up when Store Manager absent.
• Administer discipline with verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team by creating a fun, productive environment aligned with company objectives.
• Uphold respectful, inclusive team environment and brand standards.
• Schedule and staff the store, calling in associates during peaks.
• Support recruiting and training store personnel.
• Encourage compliance with company policies and safeguard assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Lead and execute selling strategy to hit KPIs and sales targets.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalations to make it right.
• Promote membership programs and in-store offers.
• Follow visual merchandising guidelines and keep store clean.
• Maintain professional appearance per dress code.
• Execute directives from HQ for promotions.
• Follow Policies & Procedures Manual for safety.
• Maintain store technology and equipment with audits.
• Maintain facilities, supplies, and service requests.
• Manage cash with opening/closing tills and bank drops.
• Prepare for inventory audits and assist as needed.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Protect company assets per policy.
• Assist in preparing work schedules within wage guidelines.
• Manage inventory including receiving, transfers, price changes, and counts.
• Organize backroom for efficiency and space optimization.
• Execute layout/VM and manage activations and seasonal changes.
• Maintain look and feel through daily VM and store actions.
• Adjust pricing signage to support sell-through.
