Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS training programs and goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, brand standards and store procedures.
