Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Edina, MN. The role leads store operations, sales execution, customer service, and team development to deliver premier fan experiences. You will drive KPIs, train staff, and safeguard store assets while maintaining brand standards.

As a core member of the leadership team, you’ll schedule, motivate, and coach associates, ensure visual merchandising, and partner with corporate directives to maximize performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow up.
• Open and close the store, manage cash, and ensure store cleanliness and adherence to policies.
