Lids Sports Group is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Minnesota, responsible for leading daily store operations, coaching teammates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will drive sales, manage staffing, and uphold Lids brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will report to the Store Manager and contribute to a fun, inclusive team culture while maintaining store standards and operational controls.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Experience in leading store teams and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling, customer complaints, and store issues.
• Lead and develop store associates through training programs and performance follow-up.
• Maintain visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.
