Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will supervise staff, handle scheduling, and ensure the store meets performance targets while upholding Lids’ standards for service and visuals.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires strong leadership and the ability to manage multiple store functions, including merchandising, inventory, and customer engagement. Competitive benefits are offered.
