Job summary

You will lead shifts, train staff, ensure safety and policy adherence, and collaborate with the Store Manager on omni-channel duties. This role requires retail experience, 18+ years, a valid license, and a commitment to dependable, fast-paced service.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members to improve selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution including picking, staging, handoff and follow-up.
