This role emphasizes delivering Legendary Service, leading by example as a top selling Team Member, and driving performance through coaching routines and safe, efficient operations. Experience in retail leadership is valued.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is required; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach Team Members to deliver Legendary Service.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Promote a safe, productive work environment by following policies.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members on selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Own Clothing Department recovery and BOPIS/OMNI support as assigned.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Assist front-end, sales-floor recovery, and customer engagement routines.
