Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas. This role emphasizes ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.

You will lead shifts, model selling behaviors, train team members, and ensure safety and policy adherence while delivering strong results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance and work scheduled shifts.
• Deliver Legendary Service and customer engagement.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Lead Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs.
• Operate cash register and assist customers load purchases.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Obtain required licenses or certifications as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
