Job summary

Tractor Supply in Commerce, GA is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor areas. You will drive Legendary Service and model top-selling behaviors while managing Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Service and coaching to Team Members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and store recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and ensure safe work practices.
• Operate cash register and assist customers as needed.
