Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, deliverLegendary Service, coach Team Members, and manage assigned sales-floor areas. You will own Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support as needed in line with store needs.

Ideal candidates have retail or farming knowledge, supervisory experience, and the ability to lead shifts, train teammates, and ensure safe, compliant store operations.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members to high performance.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Own clothing department recovery and BOPIS/OMNI support as assigned.
• Lead Team Members during shifts, delegate tasks, and model safe work practices.
• Support Store recovery and front-end, sales-floor, and customer engagement routines.
