Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members on selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs as needed.
• Operate cash register and complete documentation accurately.
