Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, and coach Team Members. This role owns Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery, with assigned BOPIS/OMNI support based on store needs.

You will lead shifts, model productive selling behaviors, and ensure safe, compliant operations while maintaining high presentation standards across departments.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing, and counting accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members for strong selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking and staging.
