Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, coach team members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas. You will drive Legendary Service and lead team members during shifts, while managing Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery with a focus on BOPIS/OMNI support.

The role requires flexibility for varied shifts, a strong customer focus, and the ability to train and coach staff to meet performance standards in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or farming/pet knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, signing and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, signing and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing and recovery.
• Lead team members during shifts and ensure safety and adherence to standards.
