Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas. You will drive Legendary Service and oversee Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery while supporting BOPIS/OMNI processes.

The role requires flexible scheduling, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety and customer engagement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through customer engagement and coaching.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and store recovery as assigned.
