Tractor Supply Company is seeking a proactive Team Leader to support store leadership, drive Legendary Service, and coach Team Members. The role emphasizes ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and assigned BOPIS/OMNI duties based on store needs.

Ideal candidates have retail and supervisory exposure, are at least 18 with a valid license, and can read, write, and count proficiently. This is a full-time on-site role in Starkville, MS.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, and handoffs.
• Operate cash register/computer, forklift, and other equipment as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Obtain licenses or certifications as needed.
